The newly elected Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, UK, Keir Starmer and his wife have moved into Number 10 Downing Street.
Number 10 Downing Street is the official residence of UK Prime Minister.
Starmer, the Labour Party candidate, was elected into office after getting the required 326 parliamentary seats.
Addressing a cheering crowd in Central London after his victory, Starmer said: “We did it, change begins now. It feels good, I have to be honest.”
Reacting to his defeat, the outgoing Prime Minister, Rishi Sunak, said he takes responsibility for the loss suffered by the Conservative Party.
