Fenerbahce have joined rivals Trabzonspor in the race to sign forward, Paul Onuachu, this summer.
Onuachu spent last season on loan at Trabzonspor from Southampton.
The 30-year-old scored 15 goals in 21 league appearances for the Black Sea Storm.
Trabzonspor are desperate to extend the loan spell for another season but have not been able to reach agreement with Southampton.
Southampton want to sell the Nigeria international for around €11m.
According to Turkish news outlet, Fener Media, Fenerbahce are keen to acquire the services of the big striker.
The Istanbul giants are now coached by Jose Mourinho and will compete in the UEFA Champions League next season.
