Lobi Stars head coach Eugene Agagbe has revealed that his team will be adopting a different approach in the second half of the 2023/24 Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, season.

The Pride of Benue are top of the NPFL table after the completion of the first half of the season.

Agagbe said his team is aiming to better their performance in the first round.

“I thank my boys immensely for playing well in this first stanza and ending the phase on top of the log,” he told the club’s media.

“We will continue to work hard because the second stanza will be a different phase so we will be coming in with a different approach in order to do better than what we did in the first round.

“The players need to make judicious use of the break by resting very well so as to recover fully and return with renewed vigour for the final phase of the season.”
