Manchester United manager, Erik ten Hag, is set to be without Rasmus Hojlund and Leny Yoro for an extended period.

Both players picked up injuries in a 2-1 defeat to Arsenal in a pre-season friendly.

United have now confirmed the extent of the injuries.

Hojlund will miss the next six weeks with a hamstring problem.

Yoro, who was spotted on crutches at the team hotel, is expected to be out for up to three months with a foot injury.

Hojlund and Yoro will miss next weekend’s Community Shield game against Manchester City and the beginning of the 2024/2025 campaign.
