vivo has made the Y28e and Y28s official for the Indian market today, and these two are basically the exact same phone save for just a few differences.
The most important is the main camera: while the Y28s sports a 50 MP Sony IMX852 sensor, the Y28e has to make do with an unnamed 13 MP snapper. Both of them have a 2 MP secondary decorative sensor of some sort. On the front, the Y28s boasts an 8 MP shooter for selfies, and the Y28e has a 5 MP unit.
