Former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder, Jermaine Jenas has hailed Arsenal defender William Saliba for his performance for France against the Netherlands at Euro 2024.
Saliba was impressive as France drew 1-1 against Holland in Leipzig on Friday.
The centre-back made one clearance and one block, won 1/2 duels, and completed 85/86 passes against the Netherlands.
Speaking about Salina, Jenas said on BBC One (via TBR Football):
“He is one of the best in the business at that, William Saliba, in a one v one situation.
“Stays on his feet all the time. Doesn’t panic.”
